SitDownHQ

Terms

Version: 6 October 2026

Service and reservations

SitDownHQ provides tools to the restaurant. Your dining contract is with the restaurant named on the booking. Check the date, time, party size and restaurant terms before confirming. Any deposit or cancellation charge must be displayed and accepted separately. Discuss allergy accommodation directly with the restaurant; recording information online does not guarantee an allergen-free meal.

Restaurant responsibility

For reservations, guest CRM and the restaurant service, the restaurant determines its purposes, lawful bases, notices, retention choices, staff access and instructions to SitDownHQ. The restaurant is also responsible for its booking terms, deposits, cancellations, refunds, hospitality service, food safety, allergen controls and communications/marketing it chooses to send. SitDownHQ supplies the technology and acts as processor where it handles guest data on the restaurant’s behalf. SitDownHQ remains directly responsible for obligations the law places on it as a processor and as controller for its own account, billing, security and platform-administration data. Nothing in these terms transfers or excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not allow a party to transfer or exclude.

Business accounts

Business customers are responsible for accurate published information, staff permissions, lawful processing and documented instructions. The agreed commercial terms, plan and DPA govern the business service. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Contact info@sitdownhq.com.
